Product: HP EliteBook Folio 9470m Notebook PC

Hello Community,

I just setup a dual monitors office space. Where I connected both monitors to my laptop and my laptop screen serving as the third screen. But I discovered that whenever I’m using an external mouse, the mouse lags. I can’t move it properly as it slows sometimes and sometimes jump. I’ve troubleshoot the mouse, changed the settings and it’s still the same. Any way out? Or do need to get a mini CPU for the dual monitors?
