Dear HP community. I am having trouble connecting a 3rd monitor to my laptop. There is no issue with my laptop detecting a 2nd monitor using the HDMI port. I am trying to connect the 3rd monitor from the USB-C port using an adaptor with a HDMI port wired to my 3rd monitor, which is not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you. Ray

I understand that you are not able to connect the third monitor, I am glad to assist you.

 

The SuperSpeed USB Type-C® (5Gbps signaling rate) is not a thunderbolt port. Hence, it cannot be connected to a monitor.
