Help please
my laptop loads and works fine and suddenly it becomes pixelated and stops working.. as I cannot see anything on the screen.

See if you can identify which category your problem falls in.
I also need your product ID if laptop. If you have an external monitor does it show the same problem?

I am guessing the problem is overheating unless you are playing a game and the screen always dies at some point in the game.
