Lines and And Flickering Touchscreen(HP ALL IN ONE DESKTOP PC )

HP Recommended
HP All-in-One 24-f0135
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Son and his uncle we horsing around near his HP All In One Touchscreen Desktop PC , and accidently knocked his PC to the floor. It thankfully hit carpet, so there are no visible cracks but now the screen is flickering , has lines through it , and I can't determine if the touchscreen is still functioning. Is there a way to get it repaired without replacing the entire PC?
