Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently my computer’s Lock Screen will randomly go off while I am working on my computer. I will enter my password to log back in, and in less than 5 seconds, the screen will lock again.

I performed a factory reset on the computer around 3 weeks ago and it seemed to have fixed the problem. But today my computer started having the same issue again.
