Operating System: Chrome OS

I have a new HP Chromebase 21.5" All in One and love it for the most part.  However, the screen is WAY too bright even at the lowest settings at night.  The blue light filter helps a bit but still is too bright even at the "warmest" setting.  I really want to keep this system but I did return two monitors recently that had the same issue.  Is there a way to get the brightness down a lot more?  Thank you!
