HP Recommended
Product: MONITOR 34F CURVED (6JM50AA)

MONITOR 34F CURVED DISPLAY PORT IS NOT WORKING.

Cable Display port/USB-C is OK (another MacBook was tested)

HDMI PORT is working.

Please advice what may be wrong??

p.s.

The display port used to work! It happened just after 2 weeks of using the monitor. The Display port is inactive!

Try a can of compressed air just in case.
