Menu button not working

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Working monitor went blank. Was a dual monitor setup so tried the DP cord from the working monitor and still blank. When I plugged the DP in the box came up that shows it search for input briefly but was dim. Hitting the menu button nothing happens but I noticed if I hit the + button after the menu button the OSD does show dimly for a couple of seconds but not enough time to get into it to do anything. I tried unplugging the power and holding down the power button for 10 seconds. I am assuming not much else to try but thought I would ask the community before I replace it.
