Monitor E233 yellowish screen

Hello, I have a problem, I recently acquired a 23-inch HP E233 monitor which at the first start shows an almost yellowish image, it can be seen clearly since I previously had an identical one, I already tried all the solutions such as calibrating it, checking if it is in reading mode, etc. . I can't find a solution.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for youmonitor. 


If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
