hi, I connected the 2 devices provided above the HDMI cable included. then I installed the software on the supplied DVD. but, both the webcam and the microphone are not working. I ask you for help in this regard. thanks
Unless I'm mistaken, you need to connect a USB cable, is that done ..?

5.Connect a cable to the USB upstream port on the rear of the monitor (provides data transaction to display USB Type-A ports).
the cable used to transfer the data from the webcam to the computer
