We have a Pavilion HPE h8-1240t with an AMD Radeon HE 7570 graphics card that came with the computer. We found the specs verifying the computer graphics card "Supports up to 3 displays at the same time". Presently, we are using the VGA and HDMI ports with no issues. In trying to attach a 3rd monitor, we have been able to get these combinations (VGA+HDMI) & (VGA+Display) to work, so we know the cables work to each monitor. However, when we combine (VGA+HDMI+Display) the computer does not send a signal to the 3rd monitor no matter which sequence we attach the monitors. The display window will show the 3 monitor in the arrange window but will not identify it since the computer will not send a signal to it. Any suggestions to get the computer to recognize the 3rd monitor?

The video card should have 3 ports as shown:
You need to use proper connectors.
Regards.

Hi Banhein, Yes our video card has all 3 of these ports and the connectors work for each port as long as we don't have more than 2 connectors attached. As soon as we add the third connector, the computer won't identify it.
