Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Both monitors M27f indicated inactive status with HDMI and the displayport splitter for the Z2 Mini G6 I core 9 windows 11. Light for the workstation comes on but no fan sounds. Is it the computer or the monitors? Are the monitors not compatible?
