Product: Example: Pavilion 32q
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I cannot figure out how to attach my monitor to the stand. The only instructions I have are pictures and it’s not working for me. I’m getting to old for this and it’s too heavy to keep trying.

Is this first-time setup?

Are you getting any error message, no signal or no input?

Are you trying to connect to a TV or Monitor? VGA, DVI, HDMI
