Hi All,
Not sure which forum to post this on, but I have a 738pu monitor and a am wondering about the USB-C port behavior
https://www.hp.com/gb-en/shop/product.aspx?id=8K167AA&opt=ABU&sel=MTO
The monitor has 3 usb-c ports. Thunderbolt 4 in, USB-C in (with Display port Alt mode) and Thunderbolt out (for Daisy chaining).
What I'm seing is if I have something plugged into the Thunderbolt in port (like a macbook), and then I plug another pc in the USC-C port, the usb connectivity on thunderbolt connected laptop breaks. (so audio, Ethernet etc...). this occurs even If I don't switch to the input, just the act of plugging it in.
Any ideas of the cause or a fix? or where to go to get more info?
Thanks
