I am having a miserable time trying to get in touch with HP Support and just send an email follow up regarding an issue i have been experiencing for the past 8 months. I was wondering if anyone has successfully reached out to HP Support via a normal method such as email. I was also wondering if anyone has successfully returned or replaced a faulty product? I am starting to believe they make the process as difficult as possible in an effort to make it so an individual cannot successful use the warranty on a faulty product. Any direction at this point would be appreciated.
