Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm trying to connect my two new monitors to my new laptop through a docking station using HDMI cables and I keep getting black screens and the monitors say there is no input signal on them. I can connect one straight  to the laptop and it works fine but if I try through the docking station I just get black screens.

What is the source (ie computer) and what is the docking station ?

The docking station is a bonelk connected to the laptop.
