Hello everyone,

I recently set up a hp series 5 pro monitor and everything was working. Today is the second time I try to use it but the monitor isn’t showing any signs of life (black screen, no power light). However, when plugged into the laptop through the usbc, the laptop recognizes the second screen and is being charged, which makes me think that the monitor is receiving power correctly. 
I tried plugging/unplugging, changing outlet, and pushing the power button for 15 seconds to reset but nothing works.
