@pilkyefc

Hz is its refresh rate. Normal rule is resolution goes up, refresh rate will go down and vise versa. Its specs

Scan range
Horizontal: 30-167 kHz
Vertical: 48-144 Hz
Recommended resolution (H x V)
1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz (FHD)
note:
Full high-definition (FHD) content required to view FHD images.

At the end of the day, you will get its normal/recommended/native resolution 1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz.

Regards.
