Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Desktop monitor states it does not detect any input, from HDMI 1 or 2. Monitor usually will not cut on. This monitor has never worked starting from purchase, where when entering power saving mode the monitor would not come back on after moving mouse or hitting a key. Now the monitor usually won't turn on and if it does it only displays the no input message.

HP Recommended

To a desktop PC, using an HDMI cord. I tried using another HDMI cord to see if that was the issue but the result was the same. Thanks.
