This document shows how to disassemble and how to solder a new DC jack but the part number is not listed. That is normally the case as those jacks are manufactured all over and the OEM may may change suppliers anytime they want.
You should take the monitor to a shop where they can identify the part and get one that fits.
Alternately AND I MEAN REALLY ALTERNATELY
You can save some money by not replacing the jack. Any techie can simply solder a mating connector to a length of cable and solder the cable directly to the broken jack. The cable would hang it out the back of the monitor. This allows you to connect or disconnect the power supply easily and requires a minimal disassemble of the monitor. It does look ugly but if someone trips on it again it will quickly separate..
The tech shop can also examine where the connector attaches to the circuit board and can tell if the circuit board is cracked. It is not unusual for the printed circuit board to crack of the power cable is pulled forcefully at 90 degree angle.
