Hi @JaeGee11,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP monitor is not displaying anything, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue.
- Check the connections: Make sure the monitor is properly connected to your computer or laptop. Ensure the cables are securely plugged in and that the power cord is plugged into an outlet that is working.
- Check the power: Ensure that your monitor is turned on and that the power button is lit. If it isn't, press the power button to turn it on.
- Check the settings: Ensure that the monitor is set to the correct input source. Some HP monitors have multiple input sources, so make sure you have selected the one that your computer or laptop is connected to.
- Check the computer: If your monitor is connected to a desktop computer, make sure that the computer is turned on and functioning properly. If you're using a laptop, make sure that it is not in sleep mode.
- Check the graphics card: If you have a graphics card, ensure that it is properly installed and functioning correctly. You can also try connecting your monitor to another computer or laptop to see if the issue is with the monitor or the computer.
- Check for updates: Make sure that your drivers and firmware for your monitor and graphics card are up to date.
If none of these steps work, it could indicate a hardware issue with your monitor or graphics card.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
