Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

For my work setup I have two monitors…Display 1 works perfectly fine but display 2 is defaulted to 640x480 which makes the screen appear zoomed in far past it being usable. Wondering if this is a problem with the computer that can be fixed before I try buying a whole new monitor.
