Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello I'm trying to mount my pavilion 22xw 

 

I have bought a conversion kit to be ablw to mount however I can't seem to figure out hownto get the base off.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

Please follow these steps, 

Turn off the monitor and unplug all cables.
 

  • Place the monitor face down on a soft, flat surface to avoid scratching the screen.
  • Locate the screws that attach the base to the monitor. These are usually found at the bottom of the base.
  • Unscrew the screws using a screwdriver. Keep the screws in a safe place as you might need them later.
  • Gently pull the base away from the monitor. It should come off easily once the screws are removed.
