Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
So when I turn on my all in one it loads up to the home screen before you swipe up and enter your password and it’s just frozen with the time in the corner still moving but the touch screen isn’t working and my keyboard and mouse are plugged in and they are no longer responsive this has never happened before until today any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi
Try a hard reset first, then an F2 diagnostic please.
Press and Hold the PWR off button for 4 seconds to force a PWR off.
Unplug from the wall.
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to complete the reset.
ESC + F2
Do you have data backups and Recovery Media?
