Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just got my Omen Desktop today and when I tried to plug my HDMI cable into the graphics card the cord would not go all the way in.

I figured out the issue. Turns out it wasn't on the computer's end. It turned out I had plugged the HDMI cable into the cable box port on my TV without realizing it and I was on the HDMI-1 port.

@Droidbot6, welcome to the forum.

I have never heard of this problem.  I suggest that you try the other end of the cable to see if it will plug in.  If not, you should contact HP Customer Support.  I don't want you to damage the card and void the warranty.
