your monitor does this, out of spec page, I have no comments on any game box. (ever)

Without AMD FreeSync
Horizontal: 30 to 89 KHz
Vertical: 50 to 76 Hz
With AMD FreeSync
DisplayPort: 223 - 223 KHz
HDMI: 30 - 223 KHz
1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz (FHD)
where did your read this monitor goes higher?////🤔
Ahhh some do, seems MX means nothing, there are vast sub models of it and product ID not told by you.
FHD (1920 x 1080 @ 144 Hz)\\
if you have the newer version MX , the game box is the problem, for sure AMD Freesync , support'
