HP rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen is not working. When I put it to charge, the light does not turn on. When I bought it, it didn't give me any problems, but while I was still using it, it stopped working. What I can do? My product is HSA-W001P. If I want to buy another pen, I can buy another model, or does it have to be the same one that came with the laptop?

Thanks for your time to help me.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand that your HP rechargeable pen is not charging correctly, it sounds like hardware related issue with the HP pen.

I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Note: If your model features a touch screen, it is still compatible with a passive stylus. Passive styluses do not require batteries, do not have any configurable options, and do not use specific pen software. Click here: https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp-pen to shop one from the HP store.

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
