Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk1xxx

My computer will not boot up and I do not know what to do. It keeps sending this message “www.hp.com/go/lechcenter/PCDings” and I was hoping someone might know something about it. I could restart the computer but it won’t fix the problem. It will just wake up with the same screen, system testing and website that is barely functioning when you hop into it.
