Product: HP PRO 3500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My PC is on but my monitor wont turn on. I need this working by tommorow please I have lots of school work to complete since this happened a long time ago. I also have lots of important research to do, please reply with a good answer that will help.

Hi @Cheezeforjeeze

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Do you see any lights on the monitor?
  • When you power ON the monitor, do you see a HP logo or it does not display anything?
  • Check the cables and reset them.
  • Have you tried connecting the tower to a different monitor and check if that works?

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
