Hi @Daniel351,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like there may be a hardware issue with your HP X24c Gaming Monitor, specifically with the concave screen functionality. Green lines appearing followed by a dark blue color usually indicate a display malfunction or a problem with the graphics processing.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check Connections: Ensure that all cables connecting the monitor to your computer are securely plugged in. Sometimes loose connections can cause display issues.
  • Test with Another Device: Connect the monitor to another computer or device to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the monitor itself or with the computer's graphics output.
  • Update Drivers: Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause display issues.
  • Factory Reset: If your monitor has a factory reset option, you can try performing a factory reset to see if it resolves the issue. Refer to the user manual for instructions on how to do this.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
