Hi @Gurusaicharan,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with both the cursor and Wi-Fi on your HP laptop after upgrading to Windows 11. Here are steps you can take to address these problems.

For Disappearing Cursor

Update Touchpad Drivers:

  • Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
  • Expand the Mice and other pointing devices section.
  • Right-click on your touchpad device and select Update driver.
  • Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.

Reinstall Touchpad Drivers:

  • In Device Manager, right-click on your touchpad device and select Uninstall device.
  • Restart your laptop, and Windows should reinstall the touchpad driver automatically.

Enable Touchpad:

  • Press Win + I to open Settings.
  • Go to Devices > Touchpad.
  • Ensure the touchpad is enabled.

Check for Hidden Devices:

  • In Device Manager, click on View and select Show hidden devices.
  • If your touchpad appears in the hidden devices, right-click on it and select Uninstall device.
  • Restart your laptop.

Reinstall Wi-Fi Drivers:

  • In Device Manager, right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter and select Uninstall device.
  • Restart your laptop, and Windows should reinstall the Wi-Fi driver automatically.

Reset Network Settings:

  • Press Win + I to open Settings.
  • Go to Network & Internet > Status.
  • Scroll down and click on Network reset.
  • Follow the instructions and restart your laptop.

Run Network Troubleshooter:
