Yesterday my cursor was not working so I had to update my cursor from the device manager. But after that my entire laptop systems are not working. Like my Wi-Fi option has disappeared, my sound box option, the sensitivity option, camera, light nothing is working. Not even the Microsoft apps are working like onenote. I need help with this.

Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Restart your laptop and check if the problem resolves.
Roll back the cursor driver:
- Open Device Manager > Find your cursor device, right-click, and select Properties > Driver > Rollback Driver.
- Check for driver updates in Device Manager for any devices with a warning symbol.
- Check for Windows updates: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates.
- Restart Windows Audio and Network services: Press Windows Key + R, type services.msc, and press Enter > Restart Windows Audio and Network Connections services.
- Run the System File Checker: Open Command Prompt (Admin) > Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
- Run Network Troubleshooter if Wi-Fi is missing: Go to Network Connections and run the troubleshooter.
- Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft apps like OneNote from Settings > Apps.
- Perform a System Restore if nothing works: Go to Control Panel > System Restore and restore to a previous point.
