Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

The Riddle_Decipher is at your service.

With determination and perseverance to assist! 😉

I understand you need support, and I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I'll need more details:

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: Click here

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues?

Have you attempted a system restore?

Did you check with a low resolution on all displays?

In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned on this link: Click here

Please reply with the details for further assistance.

Eager to help!

To thank me for my efforts to help you,

Thank you responding to my question,

First, my laptop is HP Pavilion x360 Convertible with product number 1XE32PA#AR6

I've tried to unplug and plug it back like some people said. Some say to uninstall the monitor I use from device manager, but I'm not sure to do that because I'm worried that I might be uninstalling something important.

The last time it worked at 23rd November, last Friday.

No, I haven't attempted the system restore.

and yes, I have tried to change the resolutions on all display on low.

I hope you able to help me to fix this

Thanks you.

Thank you for your help

After reseting it, I'm able to extend my screen again. Although I'm still unable to for duplicate the screen.

But I don't think it much a problem for me.

thank you, have a nice day too.
