ZR2440W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I connect my monitor ZR2440W with the HDMI port my monitor shows the scanning status that scans all ports but it's scanning port HDMI a little bit longer than other ports, and finally, it shows no signal. I try to connect with my pc and MacBook both results are the same that is no signal on the HDMI port.
