HP X27q QHD Gaming Monitor
Microsoft Windows 11

So, I recently broke my monitor screen by accident, and I am kinda stuck. I've phoned them up and they told me to tell them the model number but I can't find it.

Also I am not even sure if it's gonna be cheaper replacing the screen or if I should just buy a new one...

The following shows taking apart a similar monitor

Look for a part number of model number on the display.  There are made in asia,  usually LG, Samsung, etc

There might even be an hp part number but from experience, the cheapest way to go is to the OEM in china.  Once you get the part number and also know what it looks like then try to match the part and provide a photo when contacting the seller to ensure the part matches.

For example (but no part number)
