Product: HP All-in-One PC 22-dd0000a (7WY45AV)

 This computer is brand new from amazon straight out of the box. Turned it on for the first time only to see that half of the screen is faded from black. Not sure why it looks like this. Very disappointed since it is brand new. Advice?

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
