Hi @babji123,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing some issues with your HP laptop's taskbar and possibly some graphics-related problems after deleting AMD software. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Restart your computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve many software-related issues. Try restarting your laptop and see if the problem persists.
  • Check Taskbar Settings: Right-click on the taskbar and select "Taskbar settings." Make sure that the taskbar is set to auto-hide or not, depending on your preference. Sometimes, changes in settings can cause the taskbar to behave unexpectedly.
  • Update Graphics Drivers: Since you've mentioned deleting AMD software used for games, it's possible that it may have removed essential graphics drivers. Visit the HP support website or the AMD website to download and install the latest graphics drivers for your laptop.
  • System Restore: If you recently deleted the AMD software and started experiencing issues afterward, you can try performing a system restore to revert your system back to a point before you deleted the software. This can potentially resolve any software-related issues caused by the deletion.
  • Run System File Checker (SFC): Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the command "sfc /scannow". This will scan and repair any corrupted system files that may be causing the issue.
  • Check for Malware: Run a full antivirus scan to ensure that your system is not infected with any malware or viruses that could be causing the problem.
  • Check Event Viewer: Look for any error messages or warnings in the Event Viewer that might give you more insight into what's causing the problem.

Remember to back up your important files before attempting any major troubleshooting steps to avoid potential data loss.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
