My webcam is not showing anything in any app.

When I tried to put a virtual background on zoom, my webcam stopped working. The device manager says it has the most up-to-date driver and that it is working properly. However, in any app I use, the camera shows a blank screen despite it being on. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers but nothing seems to work. For a moment in the camera app, it did show a display but it was glitching and tearing until it eventually went back to a blank screen.
