My HP Pavilion was received by HP on July 26, 2022 for a screen repair - I was charged up front and paid for the repair. I have spent numerous hours on the phone and no one can help me with return date. I have received 7 notices delaying the return which is not acceptable. This is a work computer. The estimated shipping date says Oct 14, 2022 however that date has not changed based on the 7 delayed dates I have been given. Can anyone help??

If it is any consolation I am still waiting for Gigabyte to return my RTX-2080s
