Wouldn't this take HP about 30 minutes of their engineer's time (IF that much) to write a new driver for this monitor for Windows 10?

Seriously? Is there nothing?

Can i get an HP expert to address this, please?

And, please (seriously), don't say "try this" unless it's been proven to work in this particular situation.

Hi:

This is a peer to peer forum.  HP maintains no official presence here.

Additionally, HP will not provide any W10 driver support for any of their products built before August of 2013, which your monitor was.

And there is a solution to your dilemma, without any HP engineers having to write new drivers, and it will work on just about any monitor out there...

I have zipped up and attached the W7 monitor driver for your monitor below.

Download and unzip the file to its folder.

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager.   Click to expand the Monitors device manager category.

Click on the Generic PnP Monitor.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

Then restart the PC.

That did not solve the problem for me. Windows 10 x64 using VGA cable and the touch screen functionality is not working but the display itself is.
