Hi, since I very first got my computer, 2 of the 3 HDMI ports have never worked. This is now becoming a problem as I am trying to use a 2nd monitor. The horizontal angled port works but the 2 vertical ports below it don't do anything. Thank you.

The other two HDMI ports are disabled. Here is the support page for the motherboard of that PC.
If you look under the "Video" heading and then click on the " Integrated graphics" title is says "
note:Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.

I suspect the two HDMI ports are from the onboard graphics and those ports are disabled when there is a graphics card installed. I see from the support page that several different cards could be installed.
If you could please indicate which card is installed in the configuation that you have, it would be much easier to help. Most graphics cards can support two monitors.
Here is a picture I found of a unit that has a graphics card installed.
In that photo the graphics card has HDMI, DVI, and Display port outputs. Is your similar?

Since the original post's title is "Need to activate HDMI ports" I would assume that you wish to use another HDMI port. In order to do that all you need is an adapter or cable to connect the second monitor. If using the DVI port, then a DVI to HDMI adapter

OR
There are similar solutions for the Display port

Oh. So there is no way to be able to use the 2 other HDMI ports? I'm confused. I've had an HDMI cable going from my computer to my main monitor, but now I'm trying to plug in another HDMI cable to a different monitor along with the one I've been using, yet the other HDMI ports on my computer don't work (Even when used alone). I thought it was a software issue and I could somehow activate the ports, but what you're saying is these ports will never work? And I will need to use another method besides these HDMI ports to be able to use 2 monitors? I'm sorry that I don't understand but if you could explain it to me more clearly I would appreciate it
