Product: HP 2511x
I tried calling customer support, no help- transferred and transferred and then the machine said part phone support is not available anymore and to visit the website.

On the website- going through page after page finally finding the right page and filling out the form it tells me the monitor is out of warranty and leaves me out cold.

All I want is to purchase the whole power supply to the monitor!

Terrible customer service. Will reconsider before buying another HP product!

Hi:

 

There is both a power adapter and power cord for that model monitor.  

 

I assume you know whether or not you need both.

 

The power cord part number is 8121-0740. 

 

The cord is not available from HP anymore, but there are plenty of them for sale on eBay.

The power adapter part number is 633288-001   $51.18 from HP.
