New 27f Monitor: sometimes monitor left side (about 20% of screen blacked out)

HP Recommended
HP Monitor 27f; 2xn62AA,-3DW82AV
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

New HP 27f Monitor;  2xN62AA.

Sometimes when Desktop is turned on, about one third of the time ; (about 20% of left side of desktop image is Blacked Out.)

Restarting desktop does not change, Turning monitor Off & On does seem to be immediate fix.

Have run all systems Tests,  Have  Reset Factory Default and Auto Setting Images...

Will see if problem continues ??

@20rex , welcome to the forum.

The best place to begin is update the driver: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-value-27-inch-displays/3989902/model/19905839

This is the only driver that is available.  Give it a try to see what happens.

Make certain that the Resolution and Aspect Ratio are correct.
