Hi @CalvinB1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Here are a few steps to troubleshoot your HP E27QG5 monitors.

Check Power Connections:

  • Ensure that the power cables are securely connected to both the monitors and the power outlets.
  • Try using different power cables if you have any spares.

Test Different Outlets:

  • You've mentioned trying multiple outlets. Ensure the outlets are functional by testing them with another device.

Inspect the Power Button:

  • Make sure the power button on the monitors is turned on. Some monitors have a small power indicator light that should illuminate when powered.

Reset the Monitors:

  • Unplug the power cable from the monitor and hold the power button for about 30 seconds to reset it. Then, reconnect the power cable and try powering it on again.

Check for Visible Damage:

  • Inspect the power cables and the monitors themselves for any visible signs of damage.

Try Different Cables:

  • If you have additional power cables, try using them to see if the issue is with the cable itself.

Confirm Monitor Input Source:

  • Ensure that the monitor's input source is correctly set to the input you are using (e.g., HDMI, DisplayPort).

Connect to Different Devices:

  • If possible, connect the monitors to different devices to rule out any issues with your current setup.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Worked! For whatever reason, the power buttons underneath was taped from the manufacture.

Thanks again for your guy's speedy response and insightful help.
