New Sapphire Radeon NITRO+ RX 580- Unable to install on HP Pavillion Elite (HPE-599UK)- Blank screen

I can't install a new Sapphire Radeon NITRO+ RX 580 8GB GDDR5 (UEFI) graphics card on my HP Pavillion Elite??

Just a blank screen although led and fans are working on the Graphics Card.
I have also tried to switch the Bios on the card but still the same.
I'm using a new EVGA 500W psu.

Please Help !!!

These are my specs:

Sapphire Radeon NITRO+ RX 580 8GB GDDR5 (UEFI) graphics card

PC : HP Pavillion Elite (HPE-599UK)
Motherboard: Pegatron 2AB6 Version 1.04
Bios: AMI7.15
OS: Windows 10 64bit

OK i tried the Radeon RX 580 in another computer and it worked first time.

I also tried a cheap graphics card in the HP Pavillion elite PCI-e slot and that worked first time so that eliminates that there is any issues with the RX580 or the PCI-e slot on the HP!!

So i don't know what to try next?

I believe you may have to disable secure boot in HP BIOS. The PC will not accept a non-HP graphics card ( not one listed in the parts list for your PC) if secure boot is enabled.
