Product: HP Elite Display E240C

We have quite a lot of E240C, but someone wrecked a HDMI connector. This won't be fixed under warrenty because it's physically broken so I disassembled the monitor and saw the HDMI connector is on a small system board. The board is named ILIF-471. I cannot seem to find this part.  

I find it unnecessary for the environment to throw away a good monitor that can easely be fixed. How and where can I buy this part?
