I just installed a new Radeon RX560 with a 500W EVGA PSU. The computer turns on but does not post with the gpu plugged in my bios version is 7.6 if I unplug the gpu power it boots up with integrated graphics.

In theory only old graphics cards
AMD Radeon HD 6xxx cards, or a Nvidia GT (X) 6xx card
can be used
on condition of having the required power supply for the chosen model
