HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15m-es0000 (268U4AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

What is wrong with the HP Envy laptop. When I connect the HDMI from my monitor to HP Envy laptop I get this message on the monitor screen

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>No HDMI signal from device

I have tried everything from running all the tests online, using different hdmi cords, even reset my entire computer and nothing it will not connect. It worked at one time but just one day stopped. I just purchased this May 2021, less than a year and I can't get the help I need to fix this issue. I was told my warranty will not cover this and was told to pay a monthly fee of $2.99 and $35 down to get the support to fix it... that is not RIGHT. I need help HP apparently this is an known issue that you guys need to fix or stop selling the hp envy laptops with this defect.

Microsoft Windows update may have messed with the drivers.  there's been a number of HP fixes sine May 2021. please verify that you have the latest BIOS and the latest graphic drivers

you might also consider getting a USB C to HDMI adapter since your laptop supports video that way also
