@Qasim10, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP monitor!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

The HP V24i doesn't have a separate "OSD activate" setting—instead, its on‐screen display is accessed and controlled solely via the physical buttons on the monitor’s bezel. In most cases you simply press the OSD (or Menu) button to bring up the menu. If you’re not seeing the menu or if it appears locked, try these steps:

Press the OSD Button Lightly: Some users have found that pressing too hard can cause the button to behave unexpectedly. A light, gentle press or a brief hold might work better.

Check for OSD Lockout: Occasionally the OSD lock feature might be enabled. To disable it, press and hold the OSD button for about 10 seconds.

Since there isn’t a dedicated setting within the menu to "activate" the OSD, these physical controls are your only way to manage it. If the problem persists, it might be worth ensuring that no external factors (like a stuck button) are interfering with proper function.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
