Product: Touchsmart 610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to connect a security camera DVR system to my desktop via HDMI cable (just to view the feed). I pulled up the HP Picture in Picture, but it says "No Signal". I know it works because when I plug the DVR into a stand alone TV/monitor, the video feed pops right up. I was hoping to be able to pull up the feed on my HP desktop the same way. Can anyone help as to why the HDMI input will not pull up?

@L1212, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

HP TouchSmart 610 doesn't have a video input feature, you can only connect this PC to an external monitor but it doesn't work the other way around. Click here to find the product specifications.
